USA Visa Lottery allows a primary applicant’s family to become Immigrants in the USA and allow then to enjoy all the benefits. When a primary applicant applies for the American visa lottery program he/she must include spouse details and an individual photo as image file. If have children under the age of 21 and not married then they must too be included in the application whether they are intending to immigrate to the USA or not. Those children who are already an American citizen or LPR holder should not be included in the application form.
If the primary applicant is selected for the Green card lottery program then he/she will attend for the immigrant visa interview along with the family members. If the primary applicant is eligible for the American Immigrant visa then all the family members too will be issued with the Immigrant visas.
If the primary applicant’s visa is refused for any given reason then the spouse and children visas too will be refused even if the spouse has the required educational qualification.
Also if the primary applicant didn’t include his/her children in the DV lottery application will be disqualified.
