Some of the agents who got hold of original winning notifications that were sent to the original Nigerian DV 2011 winners and the agent made fake winning notifications using the original one in the name of their other unsuspecting clients who are not selected as DV 2011 winners. Then called those innocent clients and told them that they are selected as winners for the DV 2011 and if they want to get the winning notification set, they must pay money to those scam agents.
Plenty people got these fake DV Lottery winning notifications after paying to those agents and sent their DV Lottery visa applications to the KCC, as they thought that they were real winners.
Now, when they contacted the KCC with their name and case numbers they said to these victims that the provided information is not matching with the winners list.
You must understand there are millions of DV Lottery applicants from all over the world and KCC can’t provide support for all those applicants individually.
So if any body contact you that you are winner before pay any money to them stay next to them and tell them to go to the online result checking web site and feed your confirmation number your name and year of birth to see if you are a real winner.
Other wise don’t pay to them. Call the police.
Please pass this message to your Nigerian friends too as we are getting many complaints of these fake DV Lottery winning notification scam from there.

DV 2010 visa lottery program that was designed to issue 50,000 U.S Immigrant visas did started to interview the winners for the interview from 1st of October. Also those winners in the USA were allowed to change their current status to Immigrant status through the USCIS office. Out of nearly 100,000 winners nearly 50,000 winners and dependents were after proper interview and checking issued with the required American visas. And now little number of winners are waiting for their interviews while many are waiting for the Administrative check report to get their visas.
Any how the DV 2010 visa lottery program is going to close on the 30th September 2010 midnight. After this date line no one will be allowed to get the US Immigrant visa under the DV 2010 fiscal year program. So if you are well qualified not success in the DV 2010 you can apply DV 2012 visa lottery program.

Visa bulletin for the month of September 2010 is now available in the internet and this will be the final visa bulletin for the DV 2010 US visa lottery winners. On 30th September the DV-2010 is going to be closed officially and those winners who are with high case numbers will miss the visa interview opportunity. Can I apply for the Green Card lottery every year? This question was posted to us by a new applicant who has applied for the 2011 Green card lottery last year.
Of course the the American green card lottery allows every one to submit one entry each year, if they meet the eligibility requirements.
As per the green card lottery instructions, an eligible person can submit one entry with his name as primary applicant for any given fiscal year program of the greencard lottery.
He waits for the green card lottery results in the coming year and finds out that he is not selected for the greencard lottery. In this case he can apply for the next green card lottery with a new photo of himself. So don’t forget every year you can apply for the Green card lottery and you can submit only one entry for it.

DV Lottery confirmation lost due to crash of my computer, how to recover it. This is the question we are getting now everyday from people. Up to now they were confident that they will receive their winning notification from the KCC for the DV Lottery. The time is already passed and they are now ready to check their DV lottery result in the online web site. But don’t know where they kept their confirmation number. So they give us a lie as that their computer is broken and couldn’t find the DV Lottery confirmation number. Because sending one email will not cost even 5 cents.
We have already advised all our visitors to write down the confirmation number in a paper and to keep it in a safe place.
Copy and paste it in a notepad and save it in the my documents.
Send the DV lottery confirmation number from from your Google mail to Yahoo mail. This one will allow you to find it in the Google sent section and in your Yahoo mail inbox if you don’t delete them.
If your computer is broken you can go to a computer technician and can recover all the content from the computer using the recovery tool. This is the only way if you had lost your confirmation number due to the crash of your computer.
People can check the DV lottery result online result from 01/07/2010 using the fill and find the selection result method. You must take note that if your country postal service is good there is no use in checking your inline result in the American Government’s official web site. Also don’t try to check your results in the first week as millions of people are going to check their DV results at one time and the servers will crash. So check it after one month time as it will be available for one year.

WHAT IS THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF EDUCATION YOU HAVE ACHIEVED, AS OF TODAY?
This is the question asked in the DV Lottery application form regarding your education level.
And this question is a compulsory one can’t be left unanswered, if you try it to submit unanswered the system will not accept your entry and will send it back to you with a red color note to correct it.
You must indicate which one of the following represents your own highest level of educational
Achieved as of today:
(1) Primary school only,
(2) High school, no degree,
(3) High school degree,
(4) Vocational school,
(5) Some university courses,
(6) University degree,
(7) Some graduate level courses,
(8) Master degree,
(9) Some doctorate level courses,
(10) Doctorate degree.
You have to select one of the options mentioned above when you or your agent filling the Green Card lottery application form.It is not possibile select two options and it is not posible to leave it blank too.

U.S.A DV Lottery which is also popularly known as Green card lottery and USA visa lottery is conducted every year and the application are accepted for a period of 60 days through the online web site. People from all over the world used to participate in this program. The eligible winner after proofing his eligibility can live and work in the USA legally while respecting the local law and regulations. This is the easiest and quickest path to achieve the American permanent residency (LPR) through legal way. Applicants selected in the Diversity Visa random drawing are notified by the Department of State, Kentucky Consular Center by letter, NOT e-mail and are provided instructions on how to proceed to the next step in the process. A Diversity processing fee is only charged when a winning lottery entrant applies for the Diversity visa. At the time of the visa application at a U.S. consular office, each applicant (the DV entrant and any accompanying family members) will be charged a DV processing fee and immigrant visa fee. Those greencard lottery winners with low case numbers must check here time to time to confirm whether their case numbers are going to be current. if the case numbers becomes current then they can expect interview date announcement notices soon.
